However, we do have robots in today's world. There are numerous different kinds of robots, which are used in a variety of different fields. For example, entertainment. Audio Animatronics is a trademark of Disney. These robots were first created by Walt Disney - the first ones were the birds in the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disney's resorts. They were not very complex. They were not flexible, so they were not very life-like.

As time went on, the Audio Animatronics were worked on by the Disney Imagineers. The technology got more and more complex, making the robots look more realistic. There are even Audio Animatronics that can interact with guests now. For example, Lucky the Dinosaur. The newest Audio Animatronics device is Mr. Potato Head. He is extremely advanced, and can look directly at guests he is interacting with.

It is amazing how far we have come in technology. The fact that there are robots that look almost as if they were real people (or things) and that can talk, walk around, and interract with people directly is amazing. And things will not stop here. Technology will continue to improve. It is interesting to think about what these Audio Animatronics will look like, what they will be able to do, etc.
